The Legal department has been formed to help the Pune Municipal Corporation on Legal issues and to provide suggestions on these matters.
Legal issues may arise either at the individual (employee) level, departmental level (departments within the PMC) or at the organizational level (PMC as a whole).
The Legal department enlists the pre-requisites by which an issue can be considered to be tried in the court and the subsequent steps which need to be followed by adhering to certain policies and procedures to address the issue until its closure.
